     The new bankruptcy law imposes harsh new standards.  This will make it much more difficult for a general practitioner to do "the occasional bankruptcy".  Keeping up with the changes and new requirements may be cost prohibitive for many attorneys.  If you represented bankruptcy clients in the past, but are reluctant to do so now, we are ready to help your clients in need of bankruptcy counsel.
